Auf schriftliche Nachfrage bei der DIVI betreffs dieses doch recht erstaunlichen Sachverhalts – es gibt keine Daten, woher weiß man dann, dass die Intensivstationen angeblicht überwiegend mit Ungeimpften belegt sind? – lautete die Antwort wie folgt:
Was die Frage betrifft, wieviele der Patienten ungeimpft sind, muss ich Ihnen mitteilen, dass wir den Impfstatus NOCH nicht im DIVI-Intensivregister abfragen, aber derzeit an der technischen Umsetzung arbeiten. Wir rechnen in den kommenden Wochen mit ersten Zahlen. Im Moment werden Daten zu ungeimpften und geimpften Intensivpatienten allerdings beim RKI über die IfSG-Meldedaten erfasst und können dort im „Wochenbericht“ gefunden werden, der immer donnerstags veröffentlicht wird. Den aktuellen Bericht von Donnerstag letzter Woche habe ich Ihnen einmal angehängt. Zahlen finden Sie unter dem Punkt „Impfen“. Daten hierzu sind also durchaus bekannt – nur eben noch nicht bei uns direkt von den Intensivstationen und eben nicht tagesaktuell.

Die DIVI – bzw. die von ihr beauftragte Consulting-Firma (!) – verweist auf das RKI, eigene Daten hat sie offenbar wirklich nicht. Aber Besserung wurde gelobt, und heute war in der Ausgabe der “WELT” zu lesen, dass erste Daten der DIVI zum Impfstatus der Hospitalisierten in den nächsten Tagen zur Verfügung stehen sollen.
Dabei wird viel davon abhängen, wie transparent die Zuordnung zu Geimpften und Ungeimpften gehandhabt wird. Gelten beispielsweise im Februar 2021 geimpfte Personen inzwischen als ungeimpft? Vermutlich ist das so, wenn der Impfstatus so ermittelt wird, wie der Chef des DIVI-Intensivregisters, Christian Karagiannidis das dem NDR gegenüber beschrieben hat:
“Wir bestimmen bei allen PatientInnen, die auf die Intensivstation kommen, die Antikörper, um auch zu wissen, ob vorher eine Impfung erfolgt ist oder nicht und wie der Antikörper-Status ist.”

Bei einem Achtzigjährigen, der mit einer schweren Lungenentzündung und positivem PCR-Test auf der Intensivstation eintrifft, dürfte der Antikörperspiegel nicht allzu hoch sein, auch wenn er vor knapp einem Jahr geimpft wurde. Gilt er dann als ungeimpft?
Solche Fragen gilt es zweifelsfrei zu klären.
